Join us for hands-on training at MTEC in Mooresville, NC, covering Indexable and Solid Carbide End Mills (SCEM) and Solid Carbide and Indexable Drilling products from Mitsubishi Materials and Moldino. You’ll learn the features, theory, and applications of milling and drilling tools to improve selection, performance, and productivity. We’ll cover troubleshooting for tool and workpiece wear, speed, feed, and horsepower calculations, as well as key factors like cutting forces, lead angles, chip thickness, and surface finish. Daily live demonstrations in our state-of-the-art machine lab will reinforce concepts and give you practical skills you can use immediately.
